Program Integrity Policy

Read this before you apply. These terms are non-negotiable and enforced without exception.

Partners and Clients are mutually exclusive

Partner accounts are for individuals and agencies who refer Motiv clients. A partner may not simultaneously be a Motiv client, nor may they refer their own business, any business they have a financial interest in, or any entity under common ownership or control.

Circumvention results in permanent forfeiture

If a partner is found to have signed up — or attempted to sign up — as a Motiv client (directly or through a related entity), or to have used their partner status to obtain pricing, proprietary information, or any benefit outside the referral program:

  • ✕Their partner account will be permanently terminated, effective immediately
  • ✕All pending and accrued commissions will be permanently forfeited — no exceptions
  • ✕Any client accounts associated with the partner will be reviewed and may be terminated
  • ✕Motiv reserves the right to pursue recovery of any commissions already paid out

We verify. Every application. Every referral.

All partner applications are reviewed before approval. Referred clients are cross-checked against the partner registry on signup. Motiv monitors for patterns consistent with self-referral or program abuse. Partners who refer in good faith have nothing to worry about — this policy exists to protect the integrity of the program for everyone in it.

By submitting a partner application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Full Partner Agreement is provided during onboarding.
